Agissant en tant que point d'ancrage pour les juges et les autres acteurs qui ont besoin de\nces derniers, ils sont le visage de la communaut\u00e9. Le mandat de chaque JCR\nest d'un an, et \u00e0 la fin de chacun d'eux, les postulations ouvrent de nouveau. Un JCR peut avoir\nplusieurs mandats cons\u00e9cutifs, mais doit repasser par le m\u00eame processus \u00e0 chaque fois. Toutes\nles postulations sont faites via le <\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/discord.gg\/flesh-and-blood-judge-hub-874145774135558164\">Discord<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> et <\/span><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/judge.fabtcg.com\/forum\/1393\/\">sur les forum de JudgeHub.<\/a><\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Nous\nvous recommandons de garder un \u0153il sur JudgeHub, des propositions pour rejoindre d'autres\n\u00e9quipes y sont post\u00e9es r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La s\u00e9lection des JCR se fait par un simple formulaire o\u00f9 les candidats sont questionn\u00e9s sur leurs\nmotivations et id\u00e9es. A partir de l\u00e0, les candidats s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s auront potentiellement un\nentretien afin de discuter de leur postulation.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Les JCRL sont directement s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s \u00e0 la discr\u00e9tion de LSS et le processus n'est pas ouvert \u00e0\ndes postulations. Depuis l'instauration\nde ce syst\u00e8me il y a 2 ans, nous avons ajout\u00e9 de nouvelles r\u00e9gions, divis\u00e9s certaines trop grandes,\net ajout\u00e9 des JCRL lorsque les distances g\u00e9ographiques se faisaient trop importantes.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Le <\/span><b>dernier changement<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> fait<\/span><b> de la Cor\u00e9e du Sud une r\u00e9gion \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re !<\/b>!<span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Starting at the next JCR applications, South Korea will&nbsp; have its own JCR.
