Pro Tour Singapore Update
Pro Tour Singapore is in the books! We are finally able to share some updates here that were originally shared during the Pro Tour Singapore Judge Conference.

We have some rotations of positions, as well as new roles added to the Judges of Rathe! At this point, we also already share our biggest thank you for those who are rotating out of their roles, regardless of whether them having acted as team leads since the team’s inception or added later on. Each of them played a valuable part in making this community what it is.

Welcome, Chris Agius (group lead, Asia-Pacific), Ben Petrila (Americas), and Lamberto Franco (Europe)!
The conference team is also getting help with a per-region content role. With that, welcome Ellen Petrila (Americas), Chris (Europe) and Wella Anne Ladera (APAC)!
But you ask yourself, “how can I be part of a judge team?”
We are happy to share applications for the Mentoring and Feedback team now! Check out this link and if you are interested; applications close on August 24, 2025.
Additionally, we expect some other applications to pop up this year. If you do not see applications for the team you are interested in, feel free to reach out to its lead via Judgehub based on the table below.

Conference in a Box is our new program to help develop well tested presentations that will help you learn the skills you need to hit a specific goal within the program. Each presentation will come with pre-built workshops, slide decks, presenter notes, and a train the trainer guide to make sure that presentations are getting judges ready for the real world they’ll face.
We plan to roll these out over time and our first targeted conference types are:
- Going from Level 0 to Level 1
This conference is designed to teach you the skills you need to be ready to take the exams and run your first event at the end of the day. We expect this to be an important tool for judges in newer or more developing regions. - Going from Level 1 to Level 2
This conference is focused on the skills needed to pass the required recommendation (and make sure you know what’s expected of an L2 – if you don’t know what all is required click here [link to L2 Review requirements] ). - Getting ready for your TLC
This conference is about helping you build your bridge from being an L2 floor judge on large events to being ready to complete your Team Lead Certification.
Look for these (and more!) to roll out as we enter the later parts of this year and into 2026!

We are thrilled to be able to share the next two locations for our georegion conference series! Applications are open now. Join us for an amazing community weekend with learning and getting to know each other!

What is a georegion conference?
Georegion conferences are a special weekend conference not tied to a specific tournament. We want to create the best possible place for Judges to meet and get to know each other. It does not matter if you want to get on Saturday morning and leave Sunday night, or if you want to make a whole vacation out of it – it is up to you!
The weekend will feature seminars, workshops, as well as optional socializing plans like group dinners, city tours and FAB/board game nights.
The conference offers special support in the form of two packs of the current season, as well as one Judge pack from season 1! Any Level 1+ is able to attend and join. Apply now at the links above!

Privacy and Notifications primer
We have also fine-tuned some settings on Judgehub as well as a bit on Discord. This covers different privacy updates and clarifications. For those updates, as well as some general primers for your notification settings, an article has been made to provide you with an overview. Check it out here!
New organizer landing page on the official Judges of Rathe page
With the announcement of ProQuest Yokohama, you can now also find the new summary page for Judge topics relevant for event organizers and stores. Check it out here!
It provides a practical overview of how judges can improve local events as well as a summary of details regarding ProQuest and Road to National Judge information.
Japanese Comprehensive Rules
Would like to take a deep dive into the CR, but with a new language? We got you covered! Now available is the Japanese language version. Check it out here! Also, feel free to browse our updated Comprehensive Rules page from earlier this year.
Judge Merch
Our current wave of Judge merch is already shipped out to events. Thank you to all who ordered items for this round. The next wave will be open for orders later this year with event pickup at the World Championship as well as some hand-selected shows around it. Stay tuned for more information on that.
Feedback Card
We have worked on something new to encourage some feedback, which also comes with a small token. It is not meant to replace a good and old full feedback talk, but serves more as an extra to it! We are looking to get them out to Judges later this year. Check them out here:

Now, of course, also some spoilers for the next Judge pack. We are looking forward to showcasing more at the World Premiere Montreal presentation, where you’ll also have the opportunity to get your hands on them.

Additionally, we are also happy to share the playmat given out at Battle Hardened and higher events in the upcoming Super Slam season:

With that, we hope you enjoyed reading up on the current updates! The next big update will be with the World Championship in Philadelphia, in November.
Thank you for reading, and enjoy the upcoming (spoiler) season for Super Slam!
